  • Manage AR and AP workflows, including reviewing and guiding work produced by outsourced team members to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Manage end‑to‑end procurement and inventory accounting activities

Month-End Support & Financial Insight

  • Own monthly recurring revenue reporting, ensuring alignment with contract-based customer billing
  • Ensure all AR and AP activity is complete, accurate, and properly supported ahead ofclose
  • Review and prepare select journal entries (accruals, billing-related adjustments)
  • Perform flux analysis and provide initial review of variances
  • Partner with the Controller to support a timely and well-supported close by maintaining high-quality underlying data

Qualifications

Required

  • 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong GAAP foundation
  • Experience owning GL areas and assisting month-end close
  • Hands-on experience with customer billing, AP, AR, and expense reporting
  • Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast moving environment

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA track a plus
  • Experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Salesforce, Bill.com, Expensify, & Excel
  • Experience working with outsourced accounting teams
  • Demonstrated process improvement and automation experience (AI tools, workflow design, etc.)
  • Experience in telecom, infrastructure, construction, or project-based industries

Who Will Thrive Here

  • Moves comfortably between detailed execution and big-picture thinking
  • Values professional accountability and consistently follows through
  • Communicates clearly across departments
  • And just as important:
  • Stays curious — you’re hungry to learn, grow, and understand the “why”
  • Leans into continual improvement and enjoys building creative, effective solutions
  • Brings positive energy to the team
